As the year comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on how incredibly grateful I am for the journey this business has taken me on. This photo was taken during one of the most special events of the season — the Hallmark Christmas Experience at Crown Center — and it truly captures the magic of the holidays and the heart behind Diedrich Candle Company.
This year has been full of growth, long days, late nights, and more candles poured than I can count. From local markets and pop-ups to meeting so many of you in person, every event reminded me why I started this business in the first place — to create clean-burning, thoughtfully crafted candles that bring comfort, nostalgia, and a little joy into everyday life.
Seeing my candles displayed in such a festive setting, surrounded by families, holiday music, and so much cheer, was a moment I’ll never forget. It was also a reminder of how powerful small businesses and community support truly are. Every purchase, kind word, and repeat customer means more than you know.
As we wrap up the year, I just want to say thank you — for supporting a small business, for believing in my products, and for helping turn a dream into something real. I’m so excited for what’s ahead in the new year, including new scents, new markets, and even more ways to bring warmth into your homes.
